Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a motivated Associate Analyst for the Endpoint Protection Team to protect organizations from advanced threats. You’ll work in a global SOC, investigating incidents in real time and guiding customers through remediation while interfacing with cross-functional teams.

The role supports a 4x10 schedule with remote/hybrid options in a fast-paced, AI-enhanced security environment. A strong IT/InfoSec foundation and customer-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in CS, Info Security, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge in incident response and threat concepts.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, Linux fundamentals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, professional customer communications as the first point of contact.
• Produce written and verbal findings and recommendations for customers and internal teams.
• Triage and respond to security alerts across endpoint, identity, email, and cloud environments.
