Job summary

Aon is seeking a US Broking CyQu Advisory Manager to join our hybrid team based out of Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Irvine, Dallas, New York or Miami office locations. You will lead cyber risk assessments, advise on security controls, and support client engagements across multi-service environments.

Responsibilities include evaluating vulnerabilities, driving risk transfer strategies, and mentoring junior staff while collaborating with advisory resources to deliver scalable cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience.
• A master's degree or equivalent experience in information security, computer science, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support broking clients and potential new relationships through security program evaluations and CyQu reports discussions.
• Collaborate with advisory resources to reduce security risks across cloud, on-prem, servers, and endpoints.
• Understand client processes/controls and related risks with electronic and non-electronic information security.
• Advise on strategies to defend against threats like ransomware and nation-state attacks when required.
• Assist with client engagement pursuits including scoping and proposals for advisory, testing, and threat intelligence services.
• Discuss IT network and security architectures related to identities, access privileges, and administration models.
• Formulate executive-level recommendations related to Information Security strategy.
• Mentor team members and improve broking team competence.
