Job summary

Aon is seeking an US Broking CyQu Advisory Manager to join a hybrid role across multiple U.S. offices. You will evaluate security programs, discuss CyQu assessments, and guide risk transfer strategies for clients.

The role requires at least 5 years in IT security, risk governance, and incident response. Travel and Spanish skills are a plus; bachelor’s in CS/IT is required, with a master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of varied IT security experience including risk management and governance.
• Experience with vulnerability management, incident response, and infrastructure support.
• Familiarity with IAM, cloud and enterprise security, and cyber insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate security programs, conduct CyQu report discussions, and advise on risk transfer.
• Collaborate with advisory resources to recommend strategies reducing cyber risk.
• Review client processes, controls, and threats; provide executive-level recommendations.
• Assist with pre-sales scoping, client proposals, and threat intelligence services.
• Discuss IT network and security architectures related to identities and access.
• Mentor team members, improve processes, and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
