Job summary

Aon is seeking an Advisory Manager focused on CyQu in a hybrid role with offices in Dallas and other US locations. You will evaluate security programs, enable risk transfer strategies, and guide clients on cyber risk management and insurance considerations.

Bring 5+ years in IT security, consulting experience a plus, and strong leadership to mentor teammates while delivering pre-sales support and strategic advice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of varied IT security experience including risk management and governance.
• Experience with vulnerability management and incident response.
• Previous consulting experience with a mid-to-large firm is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in IAM, cloud security, vulnerability management, or incident response.
• Knowledge of cyber insurance coverage and business continuity is preferred.
• Proven ability to work in teams and independently with strong follow-through.
• Excellent IT project and time management skills; handles multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support broking clients through evaluation of security programs and CyQu reports.
• Collaborate with advisory resources to reduce security risks across cyberspace components.
• Understand client processes and controls relating to information security.
• Advise on strategies to defend against threats and improve cyber posture.
• Assist with client engagement pursuits, including scoping and proposals.
• Discuss IT network and security architectures related to identities, access, and delegation.
• Formulate executive-level recommendations on information security strategy.
• Mentor and upskill junior team members.
