Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Workforce Development Subject Matter Expert to advise Partner Nation cyber forces on workforce lifecycle systems and to help them reach IOC and FOC. You will provide non-resident guidance on organizational design, force management, and force structure development within military or government contexts, focusing on cyberspace missions.

This role requires deep experience in workforce development, U.S.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in workforce development, human capital planning, military personnel management, force management, or force structure development, including cyberspace/cybersecurity workforce.
Experience with U.S. military personnel systems.
Experience developing or assessing workforce lifecycle systems for a cyber defense workforce.
Experience in government/military environments supporting cyber organizations.
Knowledge of workforce requirements and IOC/FOC milestones.
Secret clearance and bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Advise Partner Nation cyber forces on workforce lifecycle systems (recruitment, training, progression).
Support design and development of IOC/FOC for cyber capabilities.
Provide non-resident guidance on cyber workforce organization and force structure.
