You will oversee the development and coordination of strategic guidance to advance the DoD cyber workforce and provide expertise to improve human capital and management practices.

The role focuses on transforming talent through a new human capital program to grow cyber professionals for the DoD, serving as a trusted advisor to government leaders on workforce

Qualifikationen

10+ years of experience in a professional environment.
5+ years of experience driving strategic initiatives.
Experience leading the development or implementation of strategic guidance.
Knowledge of DoD 8140.
