Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Workforce Manpower Analyst to support workforce planning and policy analysis for federal programs at Fort Meade, MD. You will analyze personnel plans, update workforce trackers, draft Billet Change Requests, and assist with staffing actions and data analysis for cyber operations.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of management analysis experience in HR, or 11 years in lieu of degree. Master’s preferred.

Apply problem solving expertise to help analyze workforce policies, procedures, and tools to support transformation efforts for the federal government. Draft Billet Change Requests (BCRs) and assist with the assessment of future workforce requirements. Update internal workforce and staffing trackers to ensure accuracy with existing military and civilian databases. Update organizational charts and coordinate with external entities on workforce and staffing actions and data analysis in support of cyber operations, as required. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
