Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Workforce Development Subject Matter Expert to advise Partner Nations on building and sustaining military cyberspace capabilities, with a focus on workforce lifecycle systems from recruitment through career progression.

The role requires 7+ years in workforce development and defense personnel management, a Secret clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; you will help shape IOC and FOC efforts and contribute to cyber strategy implementation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workforce development, human capital planning, military personnel management, force management, or force structure development, including supporting a cyberspace or cybersecurity workforce
• Experience with U.S. military personnel systems
• Experience developing or assessing workforce lifecycle systems for a cyber defense workforce, including recruitment, education and training, professional development, retention, and career progression
• Experience in workforce development, human capital management, and organizational design or force structure development within military or government environments, including supporting cyber or cyberspace organizations
• Experience defining workforce requirements and milestones necessary to achieve IOC and FOC
• Knowledge of cyberspace organizations, missions, occupational specialties, competency requirements, and workforce frameworks
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Management, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or National Security
