Parsons is seeking a highly capable Cyber Workforce Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor - Forces & Readiness. The role focuses on cyber workforce management, readiness, qualification, and force generation initiatives, with DCWF and DoD 8140 standards guiding planning and metrics.
Applicant must hold a Top Secret clearance eligibility and have experience with USCYBERCOM JFT/JCT or related programs. Salary range reflects federal solutions and comprehensive benefits.
Competenze
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 15+ years of related work experience; PM experience preferred.
- Experience with DoW Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) and DoD 8140 series.
- Experience supporting USCYBERCOM JFT/JCT or related joint cyber training programs.
Mansioni
- Support cyber workforce management, readiness, training, qualification, and force generation activities.
- Analyze cyber work roles, workforce requirements, qualifications, and readiness gaps.
- Apply DCWF and DoD 8140 standards to workforce planning, tracking, and coding.
- Support Joint Force Trainer (JFT)/Joint Cyberspace Training Authority (JCT) activities.
- Map KSAs to training, certification, education, and qualification requirements.
- Develop and maintain cyber workforce qualification matrices.
- Develop workforce metrics, analysis, and reporting to inform leadership.
