Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Cyber Training Analyst to support DoD Cyber Defense Command Center at Ft. Meade, MD. The role develops curriculum and training analysis to sustain readiness for USCYBERCOM and DCDC.

You will manage training programs, update materials, ensure DoD 8140/DoDM 8570 compliance, and brief senior leaders on training results. Requires TS/SCI and IAT Level II; 4–8 years experience; 100% onsite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4–8 years of relevant experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph eligibility.
IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP).
Experience with Joint Training System phases and programs (DRRS, JTIMS, JLLIS).
Ability to brief Senior Executive Service and flag officers.

Responsibilities

Conduct cyber training analysis and workforce development planning to support readiness objectives.
Plan, manage, and execute cyber training programs and updates.
Improve training effectiveness through standardization and assessments.
Maintain training databases and reporting in compliance with DoD and FISMA.
Coordinate with cyberspace stakeholders to develop mission-proficiency.
Develop and deliver cybersecurity training for DoD Cyber Operations Forces.
Review SSPs and support Certification and Accreditation efforts.
