Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Cyber Workforce Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor – Forces & Readiness. You will analyze workforce requirements, qualification standards, training needs, and readiness data to support senior leadership.

Responsibilities include applying DCWF and DoD 8140 standards to workforce planning, developing qualification matrices, and coordinating with senior stakeholders across a federal solutions team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical/business field; 15 years related work experience.
• Demonstrated experience with the DoW Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) and DoD 8140 series.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DCWF workforce elements, proficiency tiers, qualifications, tracking, and coding.
• Demonstrated experience supporting USCYBERCOM JFT/JCT or related joint cyber training programs.
• Demonstrated experience with military training pipelines, joint training standards, and cyber workforce qualification processes.
