Zusammenfassung

Parsons is seeking a Cyber Workforce Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor – Forces & Readiness. The role will analyze workforce requirements, training needs, and readiness data, providing recommendations to senior leadership.

You will map KSAs to training and qualification standards and develop workforce qualification matrices. The ideal candidate has DoD DCWF experience, joint training program familiarity, and a strong ability to communicate with senior leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Requires DoW Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) and DoD 8140 experience.
• Experience with DCWF workforce elements, proficiency tiers, qualifications, tracking and coding.
• Experience supporting USCYBERCOM JFT/JCT or related joint cyber training programs.
• Experience with military training pipelines, joint training standards, and cyber workforce qualification processes.

Position Overview

The Cyber Workforce Analyst will support DoW cyberspace workforce management, readiness, training, qualification, and force generation initiatives. The role will analyze workforce requirements, qualification standards, training needs, and readiness data and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber workforce management, readiness, training, qualification, and force generation activities.
• Analyze cyber work roles, workforce requirements, qualifications, and readiness gaps.
• Apply DCWF and DoD 8140 standards to workforce planning, tracking, and coding.
• Support Joint Force Trainer (JFT)/Joint Cyberspace Training Authority (JCT) and joint training activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related technical/business field - 15+ years related work experience and - previous project management experience on similar or related projects and - broad general technical and business background. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated experience with the DoW Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) and DoD 8140 series.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DCWF workforce elements, proficiency tiers, qualifications, tracking, and coding.
• Demonstrated experience supporting USCYBERCOM JFT/JCT or related joint cyber training programs.
• Demonstrated experience with military training pipelines, joint training standards, and cyber workforce qualification processes.
• Demonstrated experience developing qualification matrices and mapping KSAs to training, certification, education, and qualification standards.
• Demonstrated experience developing workforce metrics and analysis for senior leadership and policy development.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with senior-level leadership and stakeholders.
• Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.
