Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) in Laurel, MD is seeking a Cyber Operations Systems Engineer/Analyst to advance offensive cyber capabilities in support of national security missions. You will integrate systems engineering with cyber operations, collaborate with government stakeholders, and guide multi-disciplinary teams from concept to deployment.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, a TS/SCI eligible clearance, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in an engineering or cybersecurity field or equivalent military/government experience.
5+ years developing concepts, systems, or analytics with understanding of systems engineering/operational planning techniques.
Active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI Poly; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Have detailed understanding of multiple layers of operational concepts and apply to improve capabilities across lifecycle.
Apply systems engineering/analysis to ensure cyber operations systems are designed and developed effectively.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure requirements meet complex operational needs while communicating risk.
Lead design/development to meet operational requirements for cyber operations, guiding multi-disciplinary teams.
