By Light Professional IT Services LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD, seeks a senior DoD cyber training specialist to oversee CMF training and operations across cyber ranges.

You will lead planning and execution of cyber test events, inform development of training software, and engage with customers to shape requirements and strategic partnerships.

U.S. citizenship with TS/SCI clearance required; bachelor's in a relevant field and 5+ years in cyber/red team roles preferred; on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in intelligence, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of DoD leadership experience can substitute for degree.
• Experience as a red team operator.
• Strong knowledge of red team TTPs.
• Ability to configure and employ red cell tools in a virtualized cyber range.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to engage with senior-level customers and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber test and training event planning, operations and event execution.
• Inform development of cyber training software and ranges.
• Provide research and analysis of emerging DoD cyber training requirements.
• Lead customer engagement and partnerships.
• Support business development and proposals.
