Job summary

Falcon IT and Staffing Solutions seeks a Senior Cyber Range Engineer to lead advanced cyber exercise environments and support JCTE operations at Hanover, MD. You will guide cyber range development, systems administration, and event design, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet mission rehearsal objectives in a fast-paced, security-focused setting.

This role requires TS clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II level, and proven experience with offensive/defensive cyber tooling and enterprise

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with CNO/CNE/CND platforms.
• 5 years of experience with cyber training, validation exercises, and CPTs.
• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II or greater certification such as Security, CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cyber engineers and provide cyber range expertise for DCO/OCO operations.
• Define and execute event objectives for large-scale cyber exercises.
• Support cyber range event design and execution; drive process improvements.
