Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services LLC seeks a Cyber Event Red Teamer to support the Joint Cyber Training Enterprise. The role involves leading red team execution, configuring cyber range content, and delivering high-quality results for senior customer stakeholders.

Qualifications include CISSP/IAT III, CEH, 5+ years in cyber training, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; six years of experience may substitute for degree.
• CISSP or equivalent IAT Level III certification required.
• CEH certification required.
• 5+ years of cyber training, validation exercises, or CPT/CMT experience.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of cybersecurity training and testing events within cyber ranges.
• Implement offensive-based cyber range content and ensure kits and TTPs align with concepts.
• Develop after-action materials and report status to the customer.
• Lead and manage teams with strong communication to senior customers.
• Configure and employ red cell tools in a virtualized cyber range.
