By Light Professional IT Services LLC is seeking a Cyber Event Red Teamer to support the Joint Cyber Training Enterprise in Hanover, MD. This on-site role focuses on executing cybersecurity training and offensive content within a cyber range, coordinating with project teams and customers to set priorities and report progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or alternative with 6 years of relevant experience.
• CISSP or IAT Level III certification required.
• CEH certification required.
• 5+ years of cyber training/validation or CPT/CMT experience.
• Red team operator experience.
• Strong knowledge of red team TTPs.
• Ability to configure red cell tools in virtualized ranges.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Public speaking and briefing ability.
• Experience coordinating client deliveries and QA.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of cybersecurity training/testing events in cyber ranges.
• Develop offensive cyber range content and maintain kits/TTPs.
• Produce after-action review materials and report status to customer.
• Interact with customers to establish priorities and deliverables.
• Assist content developers in configuring red cell applications for training.
• Ensure high-quality task completion meeting contract performance criteria.
• Present briefings to senior customers and leadership.
