Job summary

Trellix seeks a Cyber Threat Hunter/Professional Services consultant for a remote US-based role with on-site escalation options. The position requires TS/SCI clearance and up to 25% travel to client sites such as Fort Shafter, HI.

You will lead security engagements, develop detailed threat hunting plans, and deliver findings and training while collaborating with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cyber threats, attack vectors and countermeasures.
• Experience in a Security Operations Center is preferred.
• Knowledge of DoD IT RMF and incident management processes.
• Adjudicated clearance and TS/SCI eligibility are required.
• Experience with Windows, Linux and macOS hardening.

Responsibilities

• Manage client work and deliver end-of-engagement reports.
• Develop and maintain intellectual capital around Trellix solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements within engagements.
• Maintain technical proficiency through ongoing training.
• Provide knowledge sharing and mentor peers on techniques and tools.
• Deliver training and participate in sales/proposals when needed.
