Job summary

Trellix is seeking a full-time Professional Services consultant for an onsite role at Fort Shafter, Hawaii in a classified environment. You will lead consulting projects from initiation through invoicing, interfacing with clients to develop solutions, and delivering detailed threat hunting plans and reports.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, knowledge of Trellix endpoint security, SIEM, SOAR, XDR tools, and experience across Windows, Mac, Linux with scripting abilities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cyber threats, attack vectors, detection capabilities, and countermeasures.
• Experience in Security Operations Center to monitor, respond, and remediate threats.
• Knowledge of Incident Management processes for threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ability to create detailed Threat Hunting plans, briefings, and reports.
• Analyze network configurations for vulnerabilities and mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform client work related to Trellix product service offerings.
• Create end-of-engagement reports describing findings and analyses.
• Develop and maintain intellectual capital within Solution Services around our product line.
• Identify and implement improvements in existing processes and procedures.
• Maintain technical proficiency through training.
• Develop new client engagements and expert services.
• Provide knowledge sharing across the Solution Services team.
• Mentor peers in new techniques, tools and skills.
• Deliver training as required.
• Assist in training material updates.
• Interact with managers and contribute to cost/schedule monitoring and invoicing.
• Participate in sales and proposals when appropriate.
