Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent cybersecurity experience.
• 1+ years IT experience, preferably cybersecurity.
• Experience with SIEM solutions such as Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel, LogRhythm, Sumo Logic.
• Foundational certifications such as Net+ and Sec+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and secure client systems in a SOC context.
• Identify and investigate high-priority threat campaigns and actors.
• Analyze and remediate security threats across technologies.
• Escalate incidents per established processes.
• Document incident details in the ticketing system and communicate with clients.
