Qualifications

• Net+ and Sec+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and secure client systems.
• Identify, track, and investigate high priority threat campaigns.
• Analyze and remediate security threats across technologies.
• Escalate incidents per established processes.
• Document incident details in the ticketing system.
• Interface with clients professionally.
