Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of IT or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel, LogRhythm, or Sumo Logic.
• Foundational certs such as Net+ and Sec+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and secure client systems.
• Identify, track, and investigate high priority threat campaigns and malicious actors.
• Analyze and remediate security threats across technologies.
• Escalate incidents using established processes.
• Document incident details in the ticketing system.
• Interface with clients professionally.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
