Job summary

Scale AI, based in the Columbia, MD area, seeks a Cyber Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery for national security customers. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure high-quality data and software deployments, and advocate for customer fixes with Scale engineers.

You will collaborate with customer engineering teams, lead onboarding, and maintain executive-to-end-user relationships to drive successful AI/ML outcomes in cyber domains.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph (required).
• Deep domain knowledge of cyber topics including network activity, ethical hacking, cyber security preparedness, cyber incidents.
• Willingness to be onsite with the customer in the Columbia, MD area 4 days per week and travel up to 25%.
• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional project team to deliver on and exceed the customer's AI/ML objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end creation and delivery of high-quality datasets that evaluate model performance in cyber domains.
• Oversee and track the deployment of Scale software within customer environments and systems.
• Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure customer success.
• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user; oversee onboarding and implementation of accounts.
• Partner with customers to understand operational issues and advocate for fixes with Scale engineers.
• Work directly with customer engineering teams addressing questions about our products and solutions.
