Job summary

Leidos is seeking a qualified professional to manage and coordinate cyber tasking orders in a DoD environment. The role includes creating, staffing, reviewing, and disseminating orders, and producing coordination drafts for multiple directorates.

The candidate will correlate orders across USCYBERCOM, JTF-GNO, DCDC and DISA, advise on precedence, and provide weekly operational updates. Strong communication in high-stress settings and MS Office 365 proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 6-10 years.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph.
• Experience at Joint Command and/or Operations Center.
• Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Knowledge of policy development and maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in high-stress situations.
• Understanding of key network monitoring protocols.
• MS Office 365 Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the order process from creation through staffing, review, and dissemination.
• Correlate orders from USCYBERCOM, JTF-GNO, DCDC and DISA to advise the order manager on orders that should be superseded, rescinded, require fragmentation and/or have precedence.
• Produce draft & final versions of orders for coordinate review across directorates and CC/S/A/FA.
• Provide weekly operational updates of synthesized inputs from directorates and CC/S/A/FA.
• Manage compliance, correspondence (e.g., POA&Ms, RMF charts) resulting from orders and directives.
• Support and participate in battle rhythm events and recurring meetings such as the Daily Operations Synchronization (Daily Ops Sync) meeting, D2OC Capability Change Management Forum, and DCDC Update brief.
• Provide support to the customer between the hours of 2pm-10pm daily for release of daily Cyber Tasking Order (CTO).
