Job summary
Resilience is seeking a Tabletop Exercise Specialist focused on cybersecurity to design, build, and facilitate immersive, crisis-level simulations for enterprise clients. You will test Incident Response Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and Business Continuity Plans while guiding executives through critical decision-making during simulated cyber events.
You will lead debriefings, deliver comprehensive AARs, and help refine proprietary TTX frameworks as the client portfolio grows globally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, CCPA, SEC rules and their impact on incident response governance.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across US and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Design and tailor realistic TTX scenarios testing client IRPs, DRPs, and BCPs.
- Lead virtual and in-person TTX sessions with cross-functional stakeholders including C-Suite, Legal, PR, and HR.
- Deliver After-Action Reports with actionable security recommendations and insights.
- Contribute to refining Resilience’s TTX frameworks and best practices.
