Job summary

Resilience, a cybersecurity company, is seeking a Tabletop Exercise (TTX) Specialist with a focus on cyber risk and incident response. This remote East Coast role partners with client engagement teams to design and facilitate crisis-level simulations for enterprise clients.

You will lead sessions with C-Suite and cross-functional teams, produce After-Action Reports, and help scale our proprietary TTX methodologies as the client base grows globally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience designing and facilitating cybersecurity incident response TTXs, IRPs, DRPs, and BCPs for enterprise clients.
• Mastery in facilitating crisis simulations for cross-functional enterprise stakeholders, including non-technical C‑Suite executives, Legal, PR, and HR.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong working knowledge of major US and European cybersecurity and privacy regulations (GDPR, NIS2, CCPA, SEC cyber disclosure rules).
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate immersive, crisis-level cyber incident simulations for enterprise clients.
• Lead virtual and in-person TTX sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, including C-Suite, Legal, PR, and HR.
• Develop debriefings and After-Action Reports detailing lessons learned and actionable security recommendations.
• Refine and scale Resilience’s proprietary TTX frameworks and methodologies as the client portfolio grows.
