Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in crisis/issues management, cybersecurity, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record in managing communications with multiple stakeholders during crisis events.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal presentation skills.
• Prior client service, consulting or agency experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic proposals and communications plans for clients and new business prospects.
• Serve as primary client contact in meetings, calls, and on client sites.
• Manage client projects, coordinate rollouts and deadlines.
• Scenario plan outcomes and develop corresponding communications strategies.
• Draft client materials including FAQs, media statements and stakeholder communications.
• Anticipate client and account team needs and address them with senior leaders.
• Participate in new business proposals and presentations.
• Support development, production and marketing of thought leadership on trends.
• Mentor junior team members and foster talent.
