Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Melbourne, FL is seeking Cyber Systems Engineers to support information systems, network design, operation, and security activities on-site.

The selected candidate must hold a Secret clearance, be able to obtain SAP clearance, and be willing to travel up to 10% for program activities. This role offers challenging work on a critical defense program in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 2 years of related engineering experience, or a Master's with 0 years.
• Must have an active/current U.S. Government Secret clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation Program.
• Must be able to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance before start date.
• Must possess a current IAM Level II certification (8140) and maintain it as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage lab infrastructure and testing environments.
• Lead desktop virtualization and host system administration.
• Implement cyber networking and security functions for multiple test environments.
• Develop and maintain aircraft and system simulations for validation.
• Document procedures, results, and best practices to support compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues.
