Job summary

EY is looking for a Manager in Cyber Strategy who will lead and shape cybersecurity programs for diverse client portfolios across industries. This role emphasizes strategy development, governance design, risk management, and transformation initiatives to strengthen enterprise resilience.

You will partner with client leadership, conduct assessments, facilitate workshops, and deliver executive-level recommendations while guiding teams and managing budgets in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with ~5+ years of experience; or graduate degree with ~4+ years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance and risk management, and strategy development.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% to fulfil client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, policies, and controls to identify gaps and improvements.
• Develop target operating models, roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations aligning priorities with business goals.
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and deliver high-quality client service within timelines and budgets.
