Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Manager, Strategy, Growth & Transformation within our Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice. You will shape enterprise strategy, lead transformation initiatives, and steer execution across client teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage multi-workstream projects, mentor teams, and help develop client-ready recommendations and proposals. The role requires 6+ years of related experience, travel up to 50%, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operating model, growth strategy, or enterprise change.
• 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams and managing teams in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation recommendations.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders to drive decisions, issue resolution, and execution alignment.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams supporting enterprise strategy, growth, and transformation objectives.
• Manage teams in developing analyses, insights, and recommendations for client executives.
• Oversee creation of presentations, reports, and other deliverables for decision-making and implementation planning.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and address risks or issues.
• Support business development, proposal development, and internal practice-building initiatives.
