Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Strategy, Growth & Transformation to shape strategy, lead transformation initiatives, and drive execution for clients in the cyber risk space. You will manage workstreams, coach teams, and translate analysis into recommendations for senior stakeholders, collaborating across functions to support growth and enterprise change.

The role emphasizes client delivery, practice development, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years in strategy, transformation, operating model, growth strategy, or enterprise change.
• 3+ years leading project workstreams and managing teams in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams supporting enterprise strategy, growth, and transformation.
• Manage teams developing analyses, insights, and recommendations for client executives.
• Oversee creation of presentations, reports, and other deliverables for decision-making and implementation planning.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and address risks or issues.
• Support business development, proposal development, and internal practice-building initiatives.
