Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead cyber strategy engagements and design operating models for clients across the globe.

You will support PMO functions, analyze cyber environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives. Travel up to 50% may be required. Deloitte offers opportunities to impact risk posture and deliver strategic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in cyber security, information security, or technology risk.
• 4+ years in consulting, GSI, or large enterprise project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across multiple service types, including risk and maturity assessments, target operating model design, and technology risk initiatives.
• Provide PMO support for cyber and technology programs, including tracking milestones, RAID logs, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop repeatable methods, templates, and capabilities for cyber strategy, assessment, and transformation services.
• Assess client cyber and IT environments including infrastructure, databases, applications, workflows, and business processes.
• Design target operating models including organizational structure, governance, roles and responsibilities, and process design for cyber/technology functions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to support multi-faceted assessment and transformation engagements.
• Deliver project work through research, analysis, recommendations, and implementation support across domestic and global engagements.
