Job summary

This role supports cross-functional collaboration to drive client delivery, practice development, and business growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience leading project workstreams and managing teams in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation recommendations.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and execution alignment.
• Travel willingness up to 50% depending on client and engagement needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams supporting enterprise strategy, growth, and transformation objectives.
• Manage teams in developing analyses, insights, and recommendations for client executives.
• Oversee creation of presentations, reports, and other deliverables for decision-making.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and address risks or issues.
• Support business development, proposal development, and internal practice-building initiatives.
