Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Consultant to help clients strengthen cyber risk posture through strategy, operating models, and transformation programs. You’ll engage across engagements, deliver insights, and support PMO activities on cyber programs.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and project leadership, with travel up to 50% and a background in cyber security, risk, and consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in cyber security, information security, or technology risk; 2+ years in consulting or large enterprise project teams.
• Experience with cyber risk or maturity assessments, operating model design, or program/project management for cyber or technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, or ISO 27001; willingness to travel ~50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across multiple service types including risk and maturity assessments.
• Provide PMO support for cyber and technology programs, track milestones and RAID logs, coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop methods, templates, and deliverables that support cyber strategy, assessment, and transformation services.
• Assess client environments including infrastructure, databases, applications, and processes.
• Assist with target operating models including governance, roles, and process design for cyber/tech functions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to support assessment, operating model, and transformation engagements.
• Deliver project work through research, analysis, documentation, recommendations, and implementation support.
