Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in strategy, transformation, operating models, or enterprise change.
• 3+ years leading project workstreams and managing teams in a consulting or corporate setting.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation recommendations.
• Ability to travel 50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams supporting enterprise strategy, growth, and transformation objectives.
• Manage teams in development of analyses, insights, and recommendations for client executives.
• Oversee creation of presentations, reports, and deliverables for decision-making and planning.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and address risks or issues.
• Support business development, proposal development, and internal practice-building initiatives.
