Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to lead and shape cybersecurity initiatives for diverse clients across industries. The role emphasizes strategy development, governance design, and risk-based decision making to improve enterprise resilience.

You will manage engagement workstreams, mentor teams, and translate security insights into actionable guidance, while contributing to business development and thought leadership within EY’s Cybersecurity practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, strategy, operating model and controls.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, policies, standards, and controls.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations aligned to business goals.
