Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Strategy team is seeking a Consultant to drive cyber strategy engagements, risk assessments, and operating model design for clients across industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation programs and support PMO functions while enabling clients to manage risk and improve cyber posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in cyber security or information security.
• 2+ years in consulting, GSI, or large enterprise project teams.
• Experience with cyber risk or maturity assessments, operating model design, or program/project mgmt.
• Experience with cyber assessments or security frameworks (NIST CSF, 800-53, ISO 27001).
• Willingness to travel ~50% and possible immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across service types including risk and maturity assessments.
• Provide PMO support for cyber and technology programs, track milestones, RAID logs.
• Develop methods, templates, and deliverables for cyber strategy and transformation.
• Assess client cyber and IT environments (infrastructure, databases, apps, workflows, processes).
• Design target operating models (org structure, governance, roles, processes).
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams on assessment and transformation engagements.
• Deliver project work through research, analysis, documentation, and recommendations.
