Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team is seeking a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Consultant to help clients navigate the evolving threat landscape by delivering strategy, operating model design, and PMO support.

You will work on diverse engagements across regions, develop methods and templates, assess client environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Expect up to 50% travel and opportunities to pursue professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in cyber security, information security, or technology risk.
• 2+ years in consulting, global system integrators, or large enterprise projects.
• Experience with cyber assessments or security frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001).
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across service types, including risk and maturity assessments, target operating model design, and tech risk initiatives.
• Provide PMO support for cyber and technology programs, track milestones, RAID logs, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Assist with development of methods, templates, and deliverables for cyber strategy and transformation services.
• Assess client cyber and IT environments, including infrastructure, databases, applications, workflows, and business processes.
• Support design of target operating models, governance, roles, and process design for cyber and technology functions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to support assessment, operating model, and transformation engagements.
• Deliver project work through research, analysis, documentation, recommendations, and implementation support.
