Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operating model, growth strategy, or enterprise change.
• 3+ years leading project workstreams and managing teams in consulting or corporate settings.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation recommendations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and execution.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams that support enterprise strategy and transformation objectives.
• Manage teams in developing analyses, insights and recommendations for client executives.
