Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Consultant to help prepare and deliver cyber strategy engagements, assessments, and operating model designs for clients. The role involves collaboration across Deloitte teams, managing multiple workstreams, and producing high-quality deliverables.

A candidate will contribute to risk and transformation programs, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering practical, insights-driven guidance for complex cyber environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in cyber security, information security, or technology risk.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, GSI, or large enterprise project teams.
• Experience with cyber assessments or security frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, or ISO 27001).
• Willingness to travel ~50% depending on engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across service types (risk, maturity assessments, operating model design).
• Provide PMO support for cyber and technology programs (milestones, RAID logs, cross-functional workstreams).
• Develop methods, templates, and deliverables for cyber strategy, assessment, transformation services.
• Assess client cyber and IT environments (infrastructure, databases, apps, workflows, processes).
• Design target operating models including org structure, governance, roles, and processes.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to support assessment and transformation engagements.
• Deliver project work through research, analysis, documentation, recommendations, and implementation support.
