Deloitte France is seeking a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Consultant to join our Cyber Strategy team. You will support cyber strategy engagements, design operating models, and manage cross-functional transformation programs for clients across industries.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in cyber security/ technology risk and consulting, with strong communication and project leadership skills. Travel about 50% is required; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of cyber security/ information security/ technology risk
• 2+ years of consulting or large project teams
• Experience with cyber assessments or security frameworks (NIST CSF, 800-53, ISO 27001)
• Ability to travel ~50% on average

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across service types (risk, maturity assessments, target operating model, tech risk initiatives)
• Provide PMO support for cyber/tech programs (milestones, RAID logs, cross-functional workstreams)
• Develop methods, templates, and deliverables for cyber strategy and transformation
• Assess client cyber/IT environments (infrastructure, databases, apps, processes)
• Design target operating models (organization, governance, roles, processes)
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to support assessment and transformation
• Deliver project work via research, analysis, documentation, recommendations, and implementation support
