Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Cyber Strategy practice to help clients strengthen cybersecurity programs, align security investments with business goals, and enhance enterprise resilience. You will lead engagements, develop strategies, and deliver executive-level recommendations across governance, risk, and operating model transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or a graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, strategy, operating model design, and controls.
• Familiarity with frameworks like NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS; knowledge of HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, policies, and controls to identify risks and gaps.
• Develop strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps for clients.
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and ensure timely, high-quality client service.
