Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in its Cyber Strategy practice to help clients strengthen cybersecurity programs and align investments with business objectives. You will lead engagements, drive transformation efforts, and advise on governance frameworks while collaborating across EY capabilities.

You'll influence strategic cybersecurity outcomes, manage workstreams, and contribute to business development, with travel estimates around 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience (or 4+ with graduate degree).
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and strategy.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA).
• Client-facing experience and ability to travel 25–50%.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance, policies, and controls.
• Develop target operating models, roadmaps, and executive recommendations.
• Manage engagement workstreams, mentor teams, and ensure on-time delivery.
