Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to help clients strengthen cybersecurity programs and align security investments with business goals. You will lead engagements across governance, risk, and operating model transformation, working with senior leadership to deliver high-impact recommendations.

You will manage workstreams, mentor teams, and stay ahead of evolving threats and regulatory changes while contributing to business development and thought leadership within EY’s cyber capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience or a graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and strategy development.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, and PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance, policies, and controls to identify risks and gaps.
• Develop target operating models, roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations.
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and ensure delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Monitor threats and regulatory developments; translate insights into client recommendations.
