Location: Remote, supporting our Gainesville, GA Branch | Book Focus: Franchised Dealerships, Construction, Manufacturing & Distribution, Cyber
Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts. Work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring standards are met and errors are minimized. Resolve customer service issues and manage smaller or less complex accounts.
