Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Software Engineer (Cyber Engineer) to join the Melbourne, FL team on site. The role focuses on solving complex integration problems, securing applications, and deploying infrastructure with virtualization and automation.

Required are a TS/Secret clearance, Security+ or equivalent, and strong experience with Agile, Linux/Windows, and network security.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Government 8570 IAT Level II or greater certification (Security+).
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Experience with Agile.

Responsibilities

• Advise on integration of emerging technologies into program systems.
• Implement network configurations and coordinate hardening with engineers.
• Develop documentation and presentations for technical reviews.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Work with teams to integrate functionality across software components.
• Support software working groups with the customer.
