The role requires a Secret clearance and SAP eligibility, with opportunities to mentor staff and coordinate with executives and customers. You will manage lifecycle activities, ensure policy compliance, track milestones, and prepare status reports while supporting government regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience OR Master’s degree and 5 years of related experience OR PhD and 2 years of related experience.
• Current, in-scope U.S. Government Secret security clearance with an investigation completed within the last 6 years or Continuous Evaluation participation.
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance before start; maintaining SAP clearance will be a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team performing direct administration of information systems and associated classified networks.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for managers and new leaders.
• Interact with executives, PMO, and customers on significant technical matters.
• Oversee rollout and enforcement of CIDO standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead day-to-day execution of initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Maintain tools for real-time leadership visibility into work status.
