Job summary

City of Cleveland is seeking a Network Analyst II with cyber security responsibilities to troubleshoot, repair, and implement complex IT solutions for city networks. You will install, configure, and maintain the City’s communications network and lead the design of domain and network architectures citywide.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in IT/CS/Networking with three years of IT/IS experience in a Windows environment; Cisco networking knowledge and CCNA/CCNA-type certification

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT/CS/Networking required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Three years of full-time IT/IS experience, with Windows environment support.
• Knowledge of LAN/MAN/WAN, Cisco routers/switches, TCP/IP and domain administration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and implements complex IT solutions for network systems.
• Installs, configures, and maintains City of Cleveland's communications network.
• Leads in design and testing of domain and network architecture citywide.
• Maintains records of network maintenance, inventory, and security measures.
