Job summary

Delta Star Inc. is seeking a strategic Cyber Security Manager to lead and evolve our enterprise cybersecurity program.

The role protects Delta Star’s information systems, OT environments, and sensitive data while aligning security with business goals, risk management, and customer requirements. You will own the cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operations oversight, partnering with IT, Engineering, and Operations to strengthen security across IT and manufacturing domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in cybersecurity, information security, or risk management.
• Minimum of 3 years leading teams or enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
• Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk mgmt, governance, and architecture.
• Experience securing IT and OT environments.
• Ability to translate risks into business impact and exec recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operations oversight.
• Partner with business, IT, Engineering, and Operations to secure IT and manufacturing systems.
• Lead risk assessments, incident response, and vulnerability management activities.
• Direct security reviews of applications, infrastructure, and third‑party vendors.
• Develop metrics to drive continuous improvement of the cybersecurity program.
• Advise executives on risks, performance, and investment priorities.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts.
