Job summary

Parsons is seeking a motivated Cyber Security Engineer to join our Federal Solutions team, providing Systems Engineering Technical Assistance to the GMD Product Office under the TN-MDSE contract. The role requires an active Secret clearance and a strong background in cyber engineering within government programs.

Responsibilities include risk analysis, policy compliance, RM process support, and executive-level briefings.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of cyber engineering tasks related to the development, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems.
• Support the Government Integrated Product Team by representing the interests of the Customer in working group forums, TIMs, and other required forums.
• Identify and mitigate development-related cyber and technical risks with evidence-based rationale.
• Analyze policies against Federal laws and regulations and recommend security gap closures.
• Assist with Risk Management (RM) processes, performance analysis, and issue assessment.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to execute system requirements and brief senior leadership.
